WHAT IS POLARITY?
The law of polarity shapes our entire lives: it is the dynamic between opposites, and it influences our interaction on every layer, moment to moment — in our intimate relationships, our collaboration with colleagues, our personal development, and everything in between.
Masculine/Feminine Energy
Our interaction with ourselves and with others expresses itself through opposing qualities and values — all of which fall somewhere on the spectrum of masculine and feminine energy.
To work with this, it’s essential to let go of ideas tied to gender. Every person carries both masculine and feminine traits.
One always evokes something in the other. This is the law of reciprocity. To work with polarity, we first have to release the idea that one side is stronger, better, or more powerful.
Feminine leadership is driven by receptivity, movement, expression, and change.
Masculine energy offers structure, order, presence & purpose.
True strength & leadership emerges when these two aspects can meet and be integrated, either internally (within myself) or externally (in my interaction with others).
