Help Couples Identify Their Energetic Patterns & Change Their Story!
A Missing Lens in Couple's Therapy
Most therapeutic models focus on attachment patterns, communication skills, or systemic thinking. But very few address the polarity that connects those dots: the unconscious dynamic interplay between tension and resonance that shapes intimacy and how partners show up.
Polarity offers therapists a way to understand
-
why some couples lose eros despite “getting along”
-
what partners evoke in each other energetically from one moment to the next
-
how unconscious orientation influences intimacy
-
how partners move between masculine and feminine values
-
how tension contributes to growth, direction, and shared purpose
The Polarity Framework offers a Jungian-informed model for therapists to help partners tap into their complementary Masculine & Feminine gifts, explore how these are connected to their deepest wounds... and guide them through that tension into deeper connection and purpose.

Applying the Polarity Framework in Clinical Practice
A 6‑hour professional training for therapists working with relational dynamics.
This training is designed for therapists who work with couples caught in push/pull (anxious–avoidant) patterns and want a clearer way to understand the unconscious energetic dynamic beneath their cycle of conflict.
Grounded in the framework from Embodied Polarity, this training teaches you how to:
-
identify unconscious energetic patterns in the relational dynamic
-
work with projection, attraction, and polarity-driven attachment
-
identify both partner's default orientation and energy (inward/outward focus, masculine/feminine) as the root of tension
-
understand what partners evoke in one another
-
predict recurring patterns and intervene for repair
-
guide couples toward integration rather than reenactment
Format
-
Free 30‑minute online intake
-
3 in‑person sessions of 2 hours (6 hours total)
-

Guest Lectures
Polarity & the Relational Seesaw: A Depth‑Oriented Lens for Couple Therapy
This guest lecture introduces polarity as a relational framework that complements attachment theory, EFT, and psychodynamic couple therapy. Polarity is approached as orientation, not stereotype: a way of understanding how partners move between tension and resonance, and how these movements shape intimacy, eros, and relational vitality.
KEY THEMES
-
The relational seesaw: tension, resonance, and unconscious movement
-
Masculine and feminine orientations as directional values
-
Why harmony often reduces eros
-
Polarity collapse in long‑term relationships
-
How partners reclaim their natural orientation
-
Integration with attachment and EFT
-
Clinical implications for “flat” or “stuck” couples
LEARNING OUTCOMES
Participants will be able to:
-
identify polarity dynamics in couples
-
understand how tension contributes to intimacy
-
recognize neutrality as a relational strategy
-
apply the seesaw metaphor in clinical assessment
-
support partners in leaning into their natural orientation

Attachment & Polarity: A Clinical Guide to Push–Pull Dynamics
A professional resource for therapists, coaches, and practitioners working with relational polarity.
Attachment patterns show up in every couple’s dynamic, but the traditional models (EFT, IFS, attachment theory) often stop at the level of behavior. They explain what partners do, but not why the pattern keeps repeating or how to work with the underlying energetic structure.
This manual offers a clear, practical way to integrate the polarity framework from Embodied Polarity into clinical work with couples. It maps how push–pull dynamics emerge from the interaction between attachment strategies and masculine/feminine nervous system orientations.
You will find:
-
A structural map of anxious–avoidant cycles through a polarity lens
-
How masculine and feminine nervous systems regulate differently
-
Why protest behavior lead to a collapse in polarity
-
How to intervene without killing the tension necessary to keep the relationship spark alive
-
Practical tools for helping couples stay connected and differentiated
-
Examples that translate polarity into clinical practice
This manual is designed as a clinical companion to Embodied Polarity: a bridge between theory and therapeutic application.
